A detailed, artistic 2D map that shows where everything goes. It allows you to visualize the layout of your landscape and serves as a reference guide—reminding you where specific plants and elements belong long after construction is complete.
Plant Profiles
A list of specific plants chosen for your soil, light, and style. With profile pages for each plant you’ll know what they look like, how big they get, the role they play, and how to care for them.
Material List
A clear list of materials to ensure you approve of the hardscape colors, patterns, and textures. This includes easy-to-find recommendations for pathways, patios, groundcovers, furniture, structures, and any other features in your outdoor space.
Irrigation Layout
A detailed map of where irrigation elements like valves, pipes, and sprinklers will be installed. Plants are grouped by water needs, keeping them healthy while using water wisely.
Lighting Layout
A plan for where to place landscape lights to border pathways, highlight key features or plants, and light up gathering areas—giving your space life after dark and making it safe and inviting long after sunset.
Master Guide
Everything needed to see and build your transformed outdoor space, organized in one convenient document. Simply hand it to a contractor or follow it as a manual to install the landscape yourself. Either way, you have a master reference guide that acts as a source of truth through and beyond the build.
